The goal of this project was to transform a confusing donation form into a seamless experience. The original had a dated design and unnecessary steps. I collaborated with a developer to create a beautiful, intuitive, and simple form. We conducted usability tests, identified and solved UX pain points, and proposed and implemented design recommendations.
